I Touched Your Void
It was in that moment of moments.
I managed to touch your void.
I did then grapple to reach you.
And how binding was your grasp.
In your starkest, loneliest place.
How vulnerable, just like a child.
Truth so achingly beautiful.
Your frailty.
How ever bold.
How so to be with life pulsing.
How so can it come to end?
The great leveller of that most certain
I am so honoured to have shared.
